Four things, done in order.
Most projects use all of them. Some use one. We are happy to be brought in for a single stage if that is what the job needs.
- 01
Interior architecture
Plans, sections and detailing. Where walls move, how rooms are entered, where the light lands and what happens to the parts of a building that are usually left alone. Developed alongside the architect, engineer and contractor rather than handed to them.
- 02
Interior design
Material palettes, finishes, sanitaryware, ironmongery, surfaces. We specify to a schedule the contractor can price and build from, and we keep that schedule current to the end of the job rather than issuing it once.
- 03
Furniture and styling
Loose furniture, upholstery, lighting and the pieces that are made for the room. Some of it is bought, some is drawn and made. We would rather a house filled slowly than arrived complete.
- 04
Project coordination
Drawing packages, tender support, site visits and snagging. Somebody has to hold the detail between trades for the length of a build, and on our projects that is us.
