Who we are
TKO Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@tkosolutions.co.uk.
We are registered in England & Wales, company number 17101752, registered office 255 Southlands Road, Bromley, England, BR1 2EG.
What we collect
We only collect what we need in order to respond to you and run the site.
Information you give us
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the type of work you’re enquiring about, your approximate budget and timeframe, and the description of your project.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security, and to keep the site running reliably.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interests — you contacted us and expect a reply.
- To provide services you engage us for. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our business — hosting, email delivery, and accounting. They process data on our instructions and under contract. We do not share your information with anyone else unless we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for as long as UK tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@tkosolutions.co.uk.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
