Descriptions of services, timescales and technologies are indicative — the scope and price of any project is set out in a written quote.

Example projects marked as such are illustrative of the type of work we do, and do not represent delivered client engagements.

Quotes and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any quote we provide is valid for the period stated on it, is based on the scope described at the time, and is subject to a written agreement before work begins.

Intellectual property

The design, code, text, branding and graphics on this site belong to TKO Solutions Ltd or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. The TKO Solutions name and logo may not be used without our written permission.

Ownership of work produced for clients is dealt with in the relevant project agreement.

Links to other sites

Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for convenience. We don’t control them and we’re not responsible for their content.

Liability

We provide this site “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
