Common questions
How soon can someone come out?
It depends on the week and the type of work. Send the postcode and a description of the job and we will come back with a date.
Do you charge to quote?
Smaller jobs can be quoted from a description. Work that needs lifting floors, chasing walls or an inspection of the boiler needs a visit first. Any charge for that visit is confirmed before it is booked.
What happens if the job turns out to be bigger?
Anything outside the agreed work is discussed and priced before it is carried out.
Can you work on a property I rent out?
Yes. Access is arranged with the tenant, the work is written up, and the invoice goes to the landlord or the managing agent.
