Landlord and rented property work
Plumbing and heating maintenance for landlords and managing agents.
We contact the tenant to arrange access, keep you copied on what was agreed, and write up what was done and what was found.
For landlords with more than one property, work at several addresses can be scheduled together where that suits the visit. How it is charged is confirmed in the quote.
How landlord jobs run
- Access arranged directly with the tenant
- Written notes on what was done and found
- Invoicing to the landlord or managing agent
- Repeat visits batched where properties are close
- Planned maintenance rather than only reactive calls
- Photographs of the work where it is hidden afterwards
Common questions
Do you deal with the tenant directly?
Yes, for access and timing. Anything about cost or scope comes back to the landlord or agent first.
Can you invoice a managing agent?
Yes. Include the agent details with the enquiry and the invoice goes to them.
Do you keep a record of the work?
Yes. Each visit is written up with what was found and what was done, and a copy goes to the landlord or agent with the invoice.
