Bathroom installation
Bathroom plumbing, full refits and replacement baths, showers, basins and toilets.
We carry out the plumbing: strip out, first fix pipework and waste, then fitting the suite, second fix and sealing. Moving a waste or a soil connection means lifting the floor, which is worth establishing before tiles are chosen.
Tiling and electrical work are arranged separately, either with your own trades or with people we work alongside. The schedule and the amount of disruption depend on the installation and are discussed when we quote.

Common questions
How long is the bathroom out of use?
It depends on the size of the refit and on what has to be moved. We give an estimate with the quote.
Do you supply the suite or do we?
Either. If you buy it, send us the models and we will check the sizes and waste positions before anything is ordered.
Can the bath move to another wall?
Sometimes. It depends on the position of the soil stack and the direction of the floor joists, which we check on the visit.
